Patient Services Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. This role involves greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Register new patients and update existing patient information.
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
• Collect co-pays and verify insurance details.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow.
• Handle patient complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software (EMR/EHR).
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
