Patient Service Representative, Endocrinology - Salem/Hybrid

As a Patient Service Representative at North Shore Physicians Group (NSPG), you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our community-based physician practices. Your dedication to administrative tasks will ensure that our teams provide a superior experience that exceeds the expectations of our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, obtaining Prior Authorizations from insurances for specific exams, and facilitating the check-in process during the patient's visit. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting will be essential to your success in this position. You will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them, answering their questions, and assisting with any necessary paperwork. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, monitoring patient flow, and providing support to practice leadership, clinicians, and peers. To excel as a Patient Service Representative, we are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, innovative spirit, and genuine passion for healthcare. While 2 years of experience in a community-based medical practice is preferred, we also value candidates with Epic experience.
