Medical Assistant, Endocrinology - Salem

As a Medical Assistant at North Shore Physicians Group (NSPG), you will have the opportunity to support our endocrinologist in providing exceptional care to our patients. Our group, known for its innovative practices, values teamwork and is dedicated to improving the health of our patients and the careers of our providers. In this full-time role, you will work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, collaborating with a medical team of over 400 professionals to streamline care and enhance patient experiences. As a key member of the care team, you will have the autonomy to utilize your clinical skills while contributing to the overall efficiency of our practice. Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals in evaluating, managing, and treating patients during office visits. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth patient flow, ensuring clean and safe care environments, and promoting patient satisfaction through professional and friendly interactions. We are looking for candidates who not only possess the required qualifications, such as completion of a formal clinical training program or enrollment in a nursing program, but also demonstrate positive attitudes, empathy, and a genuine passion for healthcare. Preferred qualifications include a certificate, diploma, or degree in Medical Assisting and at least 2 years of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
