Job Description

Job Summary: We are hiring compassionate and dedicated Patient Care professionals to provide support and assistance to elderly patients at their homes. The role includes daily care activities, basic medical assistance, and emotional support to ensure the comfort, safety, and well–being of the patient. Responsibilities:Assist elderly patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and personal hygiene. Monitor and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.) as required. Provide medication reminders as per doctor’s instructions. Assist with mobility (walking support, wheelchair handling, changing positions in bed). Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient’s room and surroundings. Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding if needed. Maintain daily health records and update family members/caregivers. Offer emotional support and companionship to improve patient’s well-being. Follow safety protocols and report any change in patient condition immediately. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (Nursing or caregiving certification preferred). Experience in elder care, home care, patient care, GDA, ANM, or nursing assistant roles will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of patient handling and first aid. Ability to stay calm and patient while dealing with elderly individuals. Should be caring, responsible, and have good communication skills.
