Patient Relations Executive

Greetings from Vijaya Diagnostic Centre!! Vijaya Diagnostic is currently seeking a dedicated Patient Relationship Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. As a Patient Relations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our customers throughout their visit. This is a full-time permanent position with a work schedule that includes rotational shifts. Your main responsibilities will include guiding customers through the services we offer and ensuring that they are comfortable during all processes. You will be responsible for checking the readiness of patients for requested tests, including ensuring adequate fasting when necessary. Additionally, you will manage the Q-Line and Token System at billing counters to enhance customer comfort and convenience. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting appropriate test packages, provide them with information about precautions and timings, and ensure that all customers are guided effectively through the testing process within the specified timeframes. You will also be responsible for ensuring that collected samples reach the central laboratory according to the existing logistics route plan and following up on samples dispatched to the processing center. As a Patient Relationship Executive, you will be proactive in monitoring and addressing any delays in test reports, promptly informing the relevant parties as needed. You will also coordinate home delivery of MRI/CT/NM reports to ensure the convenience of our patients. In the event of emergency service breakdowns, you will collaborate with other branches to facilitate the transfer of patients with minimal disruption. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be required to support the billing desk during staff shortages. We are looking for candidates who are graduates with 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The work location for this position is in-person at our facility in Bengaluru.
