Job Summary

The Patient Relations Executive (PRE) serves as the face of the dental centre and plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant and well-presented personality, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. This role involves managing front-office operations, coordinating appointments, assisting patients with inquiries, and maintaining a warm, professional, and patient-centered atmosphere that reflects the clinic’s high standards of care and service.

Key Responsibilities1. Front Office & Reception Management

  • Welcome and greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-ins.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain a neat, hygienic, and welcoming reception area.

2. Patient Coordination & Communication

  • Provide accurate information on treatments, procedures, and pricing.
  • Coordinate effectively between patients and dental staff for smooth operations.
  • Conduct appointment reminders, post-treatment follow-ups, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns with care, empathy, and professionalism.

3. Billing & Administrative Support

  • Generate bills, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date and confidential patient records.
  • Assist with insurance documentation when applicable.
  • Prepare daily and monthly administrative or financial reports.

4. Customer Service & Patient Experience

  • Ensure every patient receives outstanding service and care.
  • Manage complaints or feedback courteously and effectively.
  • Promote patient retention and referrals through a positive experience.
  • Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, or related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare front-office environment preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and dental/medical management software.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology (advantageous).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
