With offices in New Delhi and Guwahati, we guide patients through every step of their medical journey—from consultation to treatment and recovery at leading hospitals in India like Apollo, Fortis, Medanta etc (our delivery partners) Job Description We are looking for 2-3 compassionate and well-spoken Patient Counselors to join our Guwahati office. In this role, you will assist international patients by providing accurate information, coordinating treatment options, and guiding them throughout their healthcare journey in India. Key Responsibilities: Interact with international patients via WhatsApp, Viber, phone, email etc. Understand patient needs and guide them with suitable treatment options and hospitals. You will be provided ample training for the same. Coordinate with hospitals and doctors to get medical opinions and cost estimates Maintain follow-up and build a trustworthy relationship with patients Assist in booking appointments, managing documents, and handling travel-related queries Maintain patient records and update CRM systems regularly Work closely with the operations and content teams to ensure smooth service delivery Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Healthcare/Science background preferred) Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) Empathetic, patient, and customer-service oriented Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Web, etc.) Knowledge of foreign languages like Bengali/Arabic/French is an added advantage Prior experience in healthcare or counseling roles is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply Work Details: Job Type: Full-time, Office-based Location: Ginger Healthcare Office, Guwahati Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday What We Offer: Opportunity to work in a growing healthcare assistance company A supportive and friendly work environment Hands-on experience in international patient care coordination Learning and development opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): Are you based in Guwahati?
