What You’ll Do

As a Patient Counselor, you’ll be the friendly, reassuring voice helping patients from around the world get the right treatment in India.

You’ll:

• Respond timely to international patient queries, mostly on whatsapp.
• Receieve medical history and medical reports from patients and share with operations team for treatment plan & cost estimate
• Guide, advise and assist patients in taking medical decisions.
• Coordinate with patients until their arrival in India and keep close virtual watch during their treatment process.
• Maintain lasting relationship with patients from around the world.

What We’re Looking For

• Miniumum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Science/Healthcare background is a plus)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Warm, empathetic, and patient personality
• Comfortable using computers (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Web)
• Prior experience in healthcare or counseling helps — but freshers with great communication skills are very welcome!
