Patient Counsellor – Import Medicines

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Counsellor – Import Medicines to coordinate and support the import process of special medicines. The role involves close communication with doctors, hospitals, and patients to explain import procedures, pricing details, and documentation requirements, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Location: Head Office – Mulund, Mumbai
• Department: Import & Patient Support
• Experience Required: 2–3 Years
• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with doctors, hospital representatives, patients, and their attendants regarding imported medicines and the overall process.
• Explain the pricing structure, import procedures, and regulatory documentation clearly and professionally.
• Guide patients and doctors through the required paperwork and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
• Inter-departmental coordinate for smooth and timely processing of import requests.
• Ensure adherence to government and regulatory requirements related to the import of medicines.
• Maintain detailed case records, track progress, and provide regular status updates to concerned stakeholders.
• Support patients with counselling and assistance throughout the import process to ensure clarity and comfort.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical import process and documentation.
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital record management.
• Fluency in English and local languages preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
