Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and well-organized Patient Care Executive to support patient engagement and coordination activities. The role focuses on patient communication, follow-ups, digital coordination, and documentation while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Candidates with a healthcare background and comfort with Excel, online meetings, and WhatsApp-based patient communication are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient reminder and follow-up calls to support treatment continuity and patient adherence.
  • Engage patients empathetically and build trust-based, long-term relationships.
  • Manage and monitor WhatsApp patient groups for wellness updates, and engagement activities, as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate and support online webinars for patient holistic wellbeing, including scheduling, invitations, reminders, and basic technical support.
  • Assist in managing patient registrations and attendance for webinars and digital wellness sessions.
  • Act as a point of contact for patients during webinars to address coordination-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate patient interaction records, follow-up trackers, and engagement reports using MS Excel.
  • Document feedback and participation insights from wellness initiatives and webinars.
  • Participate in and assist with online meetings with internal teams and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure all patient communication complies with company SOPs, confidentiality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or any healthcare-related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in patient care, healthcare coordination, wellness programs, or pharma/nursing support roles.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Comfortable handling online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
  • Experience managing WhatsApp-based patient communication or support groups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and patient-centric mindset.
  • Passion for patient wellbeing and holistic care initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
