As a Care Companion at 4basecare in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in transforming cancer care through compassion and innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and record accurate patient information. - Coordinate with patients to assist them in onboarding through OncoBuddy. - Work with the central team to provide counselling and support. - Offer emotional and practical support to patients and caregivers. Qualifications & Skills: - Any Bachelors - Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / Call Centers - Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil preferred. - Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer proficiency.
