Job Summary:

Jagruti Rehabilitation Centre is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Patient Caretaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in caregiving, especially with elderly or differently-abled individuals, and will be responsible for providing daily assistance, hygiene support, medication management, and general care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily hygiene routines, including bathing and cleaning.
• Ensure timely administration of prescribed medications.
• Support patients with mobility, exercises, and routine movement.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes to medical staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
• Assist with feeding and other basic needs as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in patient care or a similar caregiving role.
• Prior experience with elderly or differently-abled individuals preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and healthcare safety protocols.
• Physically fit and emotionally resilient.
• Willingness to work in a healthcare/rehabilitation environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and compassion.
