This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Calling and Customer Service Specialist located in Dwarka. The specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with patients, resolving patient queries, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include appointment scheduling, interacting with healthcare professionals, updating patient records, and ensuring a smooth communication process between patients and healthcare providers.
