Job description: Patient Calling

MODE OF INTERVIEW: Face to Face

Domain : US Healthcare - Medical Billing

Shift Timing : Night Shift :6:30 PM - 3:30 AM

• Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status. Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
• Receive payment information if the claims has been processed.
• Analyze claims in case of rejections.
• Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
• Also, Experience with Insurance Eligibility Verification.
