Patient Attendant

Position: General Duty Assistant (GDA) – Home Care Location: Patna Job Responsibilities Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility Provide bed care, patient positioning, and help prevent pressure sores Monitor basic vital signs and report to the nurse or supervisor Assist with toileting, catheter bag care, and personal hygiene Support nurses and physiotherapists during home visits Maintain cleanliness and follow infection control practices at the patient’s home Required Skills Basic patient handling and transfer techniques Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and infection control Ability to follow care plans and instructions Good communication skills with patients and family members Physically fit, calm, and patient-focused attitude Qualifications GDA Course Certificate (mandatory) Minimum 8th or 10th pass preferred Prior home care or hospital experience preferred but not mandatory Duty Type 12-hour or 24-hour duty Shift-based or live-in, as per patient requirement Eligibility Male and female candidates can apply Freshers with a valid GDA certificate are welcome Contact: ‪+91 73700 61886‬.
