Patient Appointment Scheduler – RCM

We are hiring an experienced Patient Appointment Scheduler to support our RCM team. Candidates must have strong communication skills and prior exposure to US healthcare processes.

Immediate joiners are prefered

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for patient appointment scheduling
• Update and verify insurance and patient demographic details
• Work on EMR/EHR systems (Athena, eCW, etc.)
• Ensure high accuracy and excellent patient experience

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in the US healthcare/RCM domain
• Proficient in English communication (voice process)
• Working knowledge of EMR/EHR tools
• Ready to work in the night shift (US hours)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
