About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Pathology Technician to join our hospital laboratory team. In this role, you will support pathologists by preparing and processing specimens, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate results that contribute directly to disease diagnosis and treatment planning. Core Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and prepare bodily fluids, tissues, and other specimens for analysis.
• Prepare and examine slides under a microscope, identifying abnormalities and assisting with cellular analysis.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment, including microtomes, centrifuges, and microscopes.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of lab results.
• Accurately document findings and input data into patient records and electronic systems.
• Assist pathologists with prepared samples, basic tests, and lab readiness for complex analyses.
• Follow strict safety and sanitation protocols, including the proper disposal of hazardous materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
