Pathology lab technician (Customer support)

Role Overview: Labsmart, a rapidly growing SaaS platform catering to over 1,200 laboratories in India and abroad, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team at the HSR Layout office in Bangalore. As a Sales and Support Executive for the pathology lab software, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Support laboratories in using the software, resolving queries, and ensuring timely resolution of support tickets. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing demos to prospective customers, and assisting in account setup and software training. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest software improvements and stay informed about new features and updates. Qualification Required: - Graduation in DMLT or BMLT is mandatory. - Proficient spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, and either Tamil or Kannada are required. - Immediate availability to join within 15 days is essential.
