Job Description

MBBS,MD(pathologist)

Minimum 1-2 Year Experience (mandatory)

Examine and diagnose diseases through histopathology, cytology, hematology, and clinical pathology investigations
Interpret, validate, and authorize laboratory reports accurately and within defined TAT
Correlate laboratory findings with clinical history and provide diagnostic opinions
Perform and supervise FNAC, biopsies, peripheral smear examination, and special stains
Communicate critical and abnormal results to clinicians promptly
Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL standards, SOPs, and quality protocols
Oversee quality control, quality assurance, and internal audits in the laboratory
Supervise and guide laboratory technicians and junior staff
Ensure proper sample handling, biosafety, and biomedical waste management
Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and statutory compliance
Participate in clinical meetings, CMEs, and continuous quality improvement activities

Required Education

MBBS
MD (Pathology)

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant hospital laboratory experience

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
