Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Analyst fresher, based in Tiruchirappalli. The Patent Analyst will be responsible for conducting patentability assessments, preparing and reviewing technical patent documentation, and analyzing patent law aspects. Day-to-day tasks will include performing competitive intelligence research, evaluating patent claims, and providing analytical insights to support innovation and intellectual property strategies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Patent Preparation and Patentability assessments
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate complex technical concepts
• Familiarity with Patent Law and related legal research
• Experience or understanding of Competitive Intelligence in intellectual property
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Law, or related fields
• Proficiency with patent research tools and databases is a plus
