Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pastry Intern located in Bengaluru. The Pastry Intern will assist in baking, preparing desserts, and maintaining the high-quality standards of our bakery. Daily responsibilities include aiding in the preparation of recipes, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards, contributing creative ideas for new desserts, and supporting the team in developing and presenting customized desserts for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Baking, Cooking, and other related culinary techniques
• Creativity skills to design and innovate new dessert ideas
• Strong understanding of cleanliness, safety, and Hygiene standards in the kitchen
• A passion for bakery and dessert creation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Formal culinary education or previous experience in a bakery or kitchen is a plus
