Role Overview: As a Pasta Maker at Chags Hospitality LLP, located in Gandhinagar, your primary responsibility will be to prepare high-quality pasta dishes by following established recipes and procedures. Your daily tasks will include mixing and kneading dough, shaping and cutting pasta, ensuring proper cooking techniques, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Additionally, you will be required to monitor inventory and ensure the freshness of ingredients. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare high-quality pasta dishes by following established recipes and procedures - Mix and knead dough, shape and cut pasta, and ensure proper cooking techniques - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards - Monitor inventory and ensure the freshness of ingredients Qualifications Required: - Experience in pasta-making techniques, including mixing, shaping, and cooking pasta - Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace cleanliness practices - Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Passion for culinary arts, willingness to learn, and experiment with new recipes and techniques - Physical ability to stand for long periods and manage repetitive tasks - Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is an advantage,
