Job Description

We are hiring for our Group Company, Bird Flight Services Private Limited, for Jewar Airport, Noida.

Position: Passenger Service Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide passenger services in compliance with airline, airport operator, Customs, Immigration, and CISF regulations.
  • Stay informed about all policies, procedures, and regulations related to passenger handling.
  • Address passenger concerns to ensure a smooth travel experience; escalate issues to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • Receive arriving flights, assist passengers, and ensure accurate and timely baggage delivery.
  • Support transit passengers and offer wheelchair assistance whenever required.
  • Prepare and complete pre-flight and post-flight documentation.
  • Handle check-in, boarding, ticketing, passport, and visa processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Inform the Operations Executive of the final passenger count once counters are closed.
  • Process, update, and properly file airline messages during operations.
  • Follow up on pending PIR cases and maintain proper documentation.

Customer Experience & Compliance

  • Provide courteous, respectful, and professional assistance to all passengers.
  • Coordinate with AOCC and communicate relevant airline information to concerned departments.
  • Report issues beyond your scope of authority to the Team Leader and recommend possible solutions.
  • Maintain grooming standards, uniform discipline, and overall professional conduct.
  • Ensure proper handling and safeguarding of company property, documents, and devices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 0–3 years in passenger or customer service (aviation or hospitality preferred).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with passenger handling systems, check-in/boarding procedures, and airline standards.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
