Job Code: 376216Grade: BPO 1/2Salary: up to 6 LPALocation: Mumbai -z**International BPO experience is required****Graduation is compulsory**Job DescriptionProject Description- Receive refunds request from BSP- Download request & record details- Work on calculations- Work / update BSP with final calculation- Once accepted provide credit to the pax / staffDomain Requirements Well versed with PNR reading which includes PNR, PNR history and interpretation of remarks. IATA UFTAA Certified / Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred Fare Filing & Fare auditing Knowledge Preferable not mandatory Refunds knowledge / Calculating Refunds / Processing Refund Rules Refunds Processing via BSP / ARC / GDS GDS knowledge Refunds related experience via any Travel Agency / Airline / GDS / Travel Portal / Refunds Back office Process Information of non-refundable taxes and how to read/interpret tax information in Amadeus. Ability to work on Amadeus PNR cases and refund request from BSP link.Other Requirements- Good communication skills- Knowledge of tickets issued with various Form of payments on ticket like CASH/CC- Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications- Need to know the general procedure over refund/ Under refund cases.- Ability to handle all types of refund calculations for exchange/part/downgrade.- Willing to work in shiftsImportant Notes:1.Kindly avoid profiles from DHL & Maersk, as they won't be considered for further evaluation.-candidate must not a previous employee of DHL or Maersk, this is mandatory and non negotiable2.Make sure to provide HR comments without fail for all the profiles to be shared.
