PAS Tax US - Advanced Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tax Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. ### Roles and Responsibility Analyze information to prepare accurate tax returns and develop a collaborative relationship with EY colleagues. Deliver high-quality and timely work, researching tax theory and positions to apply to specific client needs. Develop client service and engagement skills, assisting Seniors and Managers on special projects as requested. Exercise independent judgment and discretion when preparing tax returns and help create a supportive teaming environment. Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills in business English, with good systematic, verbal, and numerical skills. Possess basic MS Office knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ### Job Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in accounting or finance. Strong understanding of tax concepts and principles, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
