As the Partnerships Manager at Maker Lab, you will play a crucial role in scaling and operationalising global and regional partnership campaigns. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the team's execution to ensure streamlined localisation and adaptation processes, ensuring that cross-functional teams are informed about key campaign milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of assets. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and prior experience in business development and partnership roles to effectively contribute to the scope of the position. Your role will involve leading and project managing the end-to-end process of planning and implementing high-impact partnership campaigns, aligning goals, and achieving measurable results. You will collaborate with partners and internal teams on campaign execution, manage day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth workflows, and work on crafting events by engaging and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will drive project timelines, extract valuable insights from data analysis, and ensure operational excellence in campaign delivery. To be successful in this role, you should preferably hold a BA/BS degree within relevant disciplines and have at least 8 years of experience in partnerships and business development, particularly in the Apps or Media & Entertainment industry. Experience in campaign management, event execution, data analysis, and building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams will be advantageous. The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, along with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, is essential.
