Job Description

As a Brand Partnerships Lead at WedMeGood, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our position as the leading wedding discovery and inspiration platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding brands across categories like beauty, fashion, lifestyle, travel, and tech that resonate with our audience and brand ethos. - Developing integrated campaign ideas that align brand objectives with WedMeGood's content, influencer, and community strengths. - Collaborating with internal teams (content, marketing, sales, production, tech, and communications) to deliver high-impact campaigns seamlessly. - Managing client relationships from brief to execution to post-campaign reporting, ensuring timely delivery and partner satisfaction. - Negotiating collaboration terms and deliverables to uphold brand integrity and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Conceptualizing and overseeing branded content shoots, influencer integrations, and experiential campaigns tailored for wedding audiences. - Tracking, analyzing, and presenting campaign performance with data-driven insights for optimization. - Driving partnership revenue by converting inbound leads and identifying new opportunities proactively. - Nurturing long-term relationships and fostering repeat business through strategic account management and value-led engagement. - Staying updated on industry trends, new brand categories, partnership models, and creative formats relevant to the wedding and lifestyle ecosystem. Qualifications and Experience: - 4-8 years of experience in brand partnerships, project/account management, or integrated marketing, preferably in media, digital content, or influencer-led industries. - Strong understanding of digital-first brand storytelling and the content ecosystem. - Excellent brand representation and communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive pitches. - Creative thinker with commercial acumen, balancing storytelling with business objectives. - Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects with attention to detail. - Comfortable with campaign metrics, ROI tracking, and insights reporting. - High sense of ownership, initiative, and collaborative problem-solving. - Prior experience in the wedding, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle category is a plus.
