Partnerships Analyst

You will be working at a leading Venture Capital firm in Bangalore, where you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in building and managing an exclusive global network of technology partners. Your main responsibilities will include sourcing, filtering, and maintaining partner lists across various domains such as talent, sales, marketing, product, design, and technology to directly catalyse growth for the portfolio companies. Additionally, you will lead and implement the founder community strategy, focusing on the growth and learning of the founders. Your role will involve engaging and fostering the community through intentional programs and content strategies. You will also be responsible for designing exclusive events and community engagement initiatives that aim to support the founders and their teams in building formidable and enduring companies. Furthermore, you will manage the ecosystem by engaging with portfolio founders, advisors, corporate networks, and investors to create engaging and meaningful touchpoints within the 3one4 ecosystem. You will also be instrumental in identifying and establishing relationships with global and local partners to contribute significantly to the firm's growth journey. Another crucial aspect of your role will involve managing talent services for early-stage teams, including identifying tools to manage the pipeline and talent database, as well as tracking open roles from portfolio and talent partners. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing operations, identifying gaps in processes, and building systems around tasks to ensure smooth operations within the firm.
