Company Description Earthy Tales Organics is a Farm to Fork startup based out of NCR, working towards linking health-conscious and socially responsible city communities with organic farmers across the country. They offer organically grown food, groceries, and snacks delivered directly to B2C and B2B customers. They are a socially responsible brand that works extensively with schools, RWAs, and city families to spread the message of chemical-free food. Prior Experience Must - Direct Marketing / Reselling industry companies like OTIPY, Amway, Herbalife, Ori-flame etc Role Description This is a full-time on-site role, located in the Greater Delhi Area. As a Partner Sales Head, the primary responsibility would be to build network of individual Re-sellers that care about chemical-free and organic food and generate sales through their networks. The main responsibilities will include: · Set up the Community cum Re-Seller vertical in the company · Appoint Re-sellers for our products · Generate Monthly Sales, own the P&L · Nurture, Train and Grow the Re-seller community Skills Required Experience in running sales communities or managing customer growth in a similar field Excellent communication, planning, and engagement skills Ability to work together closely in collaboration with cross-functional teams Should have a deep passion for organically grown food, or socially responsible business practices 5+ years of experience in managing Re-sellers teams or communities, either in a direct or indirect capacity The role would contribute to the growth strategy of the company, so should have experience managing agencies or partner ecosystems Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Marketing or Business Administration Prior Experience Must - Direct Marketing / Reselling industry companies like OTIPY, Amway, Herbalife, Ori-flame etc Reporting – To the CEO Remuneration – Wil be as per industry standards and comes with Variable payout Candidate should be based out of NCR Interested candidates may please email on deepak@earthytales.in Show more Show less
