Job Description

As a Partner Readiness Engineer at Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, your role involves serving as the main pre-sales technical point of contact for distributors and assisting them with their managed partners. Your key responsibilities include: - Enabling and assisting Distributor resources on Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions technology and solutions. - Managing certification activity with distribution partners and their managed partners. - Documenting and prioritizing new features and solution requests from distribution and distribution managed partners. - Building cadence with technical and business resources at the distributors. - Leading Webinars and hands-on technical trainings to Distribution resources. - Assisting Distributors with webinars targeting their managed partners. - Working in conjunction with Distribution Account Manager to support any events focused on Distribution or its partners. - Delivering technical product and roadmap training presentations. - Engaging and coordinating Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions enterprise support team during pre-sales trial and pilot activities. - Working with Distributors to build out their POC and Demo capabilities. - Collaborating with the broader Readiness team to build out standardized material needed for the APAC market. You should possess the following qualifications: - 5+ years of experience working in a channel engineering role. - Proven track record enabling system integrators, distributors, or reseller partners in networking, wireless, or security solutions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent presentation and creativity skills. - Strong hands-on configuration and installation skills. - Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; a track record of consistent achievement. - A strong aptitude for business strategy and excellent collaboration skills. - Practical experience or strong knowledge in LAN/WAN network topologies and interworking, Enterprise, Carrier or Public Wi-Fi solutions, Cellular Architectures, Virtual Private Network Solutions and Technology, Network Management Solutions, Network Security, M2M and mobile solutions, SD-LAN/SD-WAN experience. - Possession of Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, Cisco, or other industry certifications is a plus. Travel may be required for this role.,
