Description
The Partner Readiness Engineer is responsible for being the primary pre-sales technical contact for Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions distributors and supporting them with their managed partners. Your responsibilities will include enabling and assisting Distributor resources on Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions technology and solutions, managing certification activities with distribution partners and their managed partners, documenting and prioritizing new features and solution requests, building relationships with technical and business resources at the distributors, leading webinars and technical trainings, assisting Distributors with webinars targeting their managed partners, supporting events focused on Distribution or its partners, delivering technical product and roadmap training presentations, engaging with the enterprise support team during pre-sales trial and pilot activities, collaborating with Distributors to enhance their POC and Demo capabilities, and working with the Readiness team to develop standardized material for the APAC market. Travel may be required for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a channel engineering role and a proven track record of enabling system integrators, distributors, or reseller partners in networking, wireless, or security solutions. Strong communication, presentation, and creativity skills are essential, along with hands-on configuration and installation abilities. You should be a confident self-starter with integrity, accountability, and a history of consistent achievement. Additionally, you should possess a strong aptitude for business strategy, excellent collaboration skills, and practical experience or knowledge in LAN/WAN network topologies, Enterprise, Carrier or Public Wi-Fi solutions, Cellular Architectures, Virtual Private Network Solutions, Network Management Solutions, Network Security, M2M and mobile solutions, SD-LAN/SD-WAN, and Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions, Cisco, or other relevant certifications would be a plus.,
