Partner Investment Banking

As an experienced professional in the field of Investment Banking, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and leadership of our clients" practice. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a long-term vision for the Investment Banking practice, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives - Leading the profitability and growth strategy, driving expansion into new markets, geographies, and investor segments - Establishing the firm as a preferred advisor for investors and enterprises seeking capital solutions in emerging markets - Collaborating with senior leadership to enhance synergies and create integrated solutions for clients - Representing the firm as a thought leader at industry conferences and global capital markets events You will also be responsible for business development, P&L management, and deal origination, including: - Owning and driving deal origination, identifying and structuring equity & M&A transactions in impact-driven sectors - Developing relationships with global and domestic PE/VC funds, DFIs, investment banks, and institutional investors - Leading fundraising mandates and strengthening global investor networks - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management in all transactions Additionally, you will oversee the execution and transaction management process, manage negotiations, and leverage data-driven insights to maximize transaction efficiency. Your role will involve team development and talent management, including: - Building and nurturing a high-performing team and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation - Defining key competencies for team success and mentoring emerging leaders - Establishing performance management and reward systems and creating development programs for talent growth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include revenue & P&L performance, deal execution & capital mobilization, investor & market engagement, market positioning & thought leadership, and talent development & team performance. Required skills and qualifications for this position include expertise in M&A advisory, structured finance, deal structuring, capital raising, valuation, due diligence, and strong leadership capabilities.
