Partner Growth & Strategy (India Region)

Role Overview: You are sought after as a passionate and aspiring entrepreneur with a results-oriented mindset. You should have a proven track record of building Digital or Consulting services specifically for the India region. Key Responsibilities: - Develop growth strategies, both organic and inorganic, focusing on partnerships, service and geo penetration, and value-based selling strategies. - Engage in Portfolio- Reengineering, innovation, and execution. - Take charge of the Profit & Loss of one practice with a revenue target of $2m/annual. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, building relationships, and facilitating meetings. - Retain existing clients while facilitating upselling and cross-selling of services. - Collaborate with the team to enhance market positioning through a common marketing message and innovative service offerings. Qualification Required: - You should have 10+ years of experience in strategic sales and marketing. - Possess a Masters in Business Administration. - Demonstrate sound knowledge of sales and marketing principles. - Display convincing and patient attitude with the ability to build strong relationships. - Show desire and self-motivation to drive new sales from initial contact to closure. - Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Additional Company Details (if available): The Partner and Advisor model includes a mix of equity, revenue share, and fixed income components, along with ESOPs/equity, revenue share, and fixed income opportunities. Optional qualifications such as knowledge of Microsoft Office, IT domains, and pre-sales are considered advantageous.,
