Role Overview: You will be responsible for partner marketing with Microsoft, Databricks, and other key alliances to build and scale joint Go-To-Market (GTM) programs. Additionally, you will own Kanerika's partner-led events, industry conferences, and flagship summits, ensuring they drive pipeline influence, revenue opportunities, and brand visibility. Your role will also involve aligning with the sales team to leverage events and alliances to influence opportunities and pipeline effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Partner Marketing with Microsoft, Databricks & Beyond: - Build and scale joint GTM programs with Microsoft and Databricks. - Drive co-branded campaigns, joint case studies, and customer stories. - Secure Kanerika's presence in partner marketplaces and thought-leadership content. - Extend playbooks to upcoming alliances like AWS, Snowflake, and others. - Events Strategy & Execution: - Own and manage partner-led events, industry conferences, and flagship summits. - Land speaking slots with Microsoft and Databricks at high-visibility stages. - Design digital and hybrid events with measurable audience engagement. - Ensure every event contributes to pipeline-driving and brand-building efforts. - Sales & Ecosystem Alignment: - Collaborate with sales to align events and alliances with opportunities and pipeline. - Empower sales teams with partner content, co-branded decks, and joint positioning. - Track ROI on partner and event initiatives with clear metrics. - Awards & Recognition: - Target awards that showcase partner innovation. - Craft submissions highlighting joint wins and amplify them across PR and sales. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years in B2B tech marketing, preferably SaaS/AI/data/automation. - Experience in building and scaling partner co-marketing programs with Microsoft, Databricks, and AWS. - Proficiency in planning and executing partner-driven events with measurable pipeline outcomes. - Demonstrated ability in creating case studies, co-branded content, and award submissions. - Strong collaboration skills with sales and partner teams globally across different time zones.
