Role Overview: Join Cisco's Internet and Mass-Scale Infrastructure (I&MI) team, a dynamic group dedicated to revolutionizing routing, optical, and automation solutions for the future of connectivity. Your mission will be to help enable businesses to thrive in a world of expanding data, AI workloads, and seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate cross-functionally with Cisco's Global Partner Organization, I&MI Product Sales Specialists, Services, Engineering, and Account Managers to align sales and partner strategies across all I&MI architectures. - Lead partners through key architectural transitions such as Agile Services Networking, Routed Optical Networking, Segment Routing, and network assurance and automation initiatives. - Develop and execute channel Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to expand Cisco's presence in target regions and across areas like AI-ready networking, multi-domain automation, and converged IP-optical architectures. - Establish a comprehensive partner enablement framework including GTM strategy, training, playbooks, labs, and co-branded collateral to enhance partner differentiation and technical expertise. - Act as a trusted advisor to partners, translating evolving infrastructure demands into monetizable partner-led solutions based on the I&MI portfolio. - Drive the ALIGN motion to ensure partners are closely integrated early in the customer lifecycle for increased impact and accelerated time-to-value. - Collaborate with Account Managers and Partner Account Managers to embed I&MI priorities into regional partner plans and leverage channel programs for partner-led growth. - Validate and enhance partner technical readiness in I&MI subject areas like SRv6, 400G/800G optics, and transport automation. Qualification Required: - Strong channel sales or partner development experience in high-tech, telecom, or cloud infrastructure markets. - Experience working with technology or solutions partners in large-scale infrastructure deployments. - Understanding of Cisco's I&MI portfolio including routing, optical, and network automation solutions, and familiarity with key customer use cases. - Proven track record of driving GTM execution with measurable partner impact. - Ability to operate in global, matrixed organizations and lead through influence and consensus-building. - Project or program management experience for driving multi-stakeholder alignment.
