Part-time Sales Assistant

As a Customer Service Sales Associate, your role involves welcoming customers, answering questions about products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will also be responsible for promoting products, closing sales, and achieving individual or team goals. In addition, you will assist with stock counts, restocking shelves, and maintaining order as part of inventory management. Ensuring a visually appealing sales floor and maintaining store standards through display and merchandising is also a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting Customers: Guide customers to products, provide product information, and address inquiries. - Promoting Sales: Highlight special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs to boost sales. - Maintaining a Clean Store: Keep the sales floor tidy and organized for a pleasant shopping environment. - Handling Returns and Exchanges: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy. - Inventory Management: Receive shipments, conduct stock counts, and report any discrepancies. - Collaborating with Team Members: Work with fellow sales associates to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Attention to detail and organizational skills.
