Part-time Sales Assistant

As a Customer Service representative, your main responsibilities will include welcoming customers, answering their queries regarding products, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for them. You will play a crucial role in the Sales department by promoting products, closing sales, and working towards achieving individual or team sales targets. Additionally, you will be involved in Inventory Management tasks such as assisting with stock counts, restocking shelves, and maintaining overall order in the store. Your role will also encompass Display and Merchandising duties to ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and store standards are consistently met. You will be actively involved in assisting customers by guiding them to relevant products, providing detailed product information, and addressing any inquiries they may have. Promoting sales through highlighting special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs will also be part of your core responsibilities. Maintaining a clean store environment by ensuring the sales floor is tidy and organized at all times will be essential. Handling returns and exchanges as per company policies and procedures will also fall under your purview. In addition to the above tasks, you will be responsible for inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting any discrepancies observed. Collaboration with team members and fellow sales associates is vital to achieving collective goals and fostering a positive work environment. This position offers various job types including Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, and Fresher roles with an expected commitment of 24 hours per week.
