Part Time HR Officer

As a Part-Time HR Officer at Cygnus Accountant, located at 43 Scalability, IT Park, Dehradun, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and team support for both local and offshore operations. Your role will require proactive engagement and coordination to ensure smooth HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include handling recruitment and onboarding processes, updating HR compliance and policies, enhancing employee engagement, maintaining the Zoho HR system, and coordinating with offshore teams. Your contribution in these areas will be crucial to the success of the HR function within the organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of labor laws, and familiarity with Zoho (preferred). Additionally, having an HR/Business degree or diploma and experience working with remote teams will be considered advantageous.
