Part-Time Business Development Executive (BDE) – Mentor/Trainer Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join us in a part-time capacity. This role is less about handling full-scale business development tasks directly and more about guiding, mentoring, and supporting our existing team of BDEs. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on industry knowledge, provide training, and help our team refine their approach to client engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trainer/mentor for our team of BDEs, sharing proven strategies and best practices.
• Provide guidance on effective communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Support the team with proposal structuring, pitch improvement, and lead follow-ups when required.
• Offer feedback on team performance and suggest process improvements.
• Dedicate around 2 hours daily in Morning (flexible timing) for mentoring sessions and team support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role (IT industry experience preferred).
• Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes.
• Familiarity with freelance and B2B platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while guiding others.
• Availability for part-time engagement (~2 hours per day in Morning).
