Job Description

You will be responsible for sourcing activities, new supplier identification, and part development activities. Your role will involve price finalization of chassis components, development of chassis components, and vendor process/quality stabilization. You will also be responsible for signing off the parts for mass production. Your duties will include planning and enhancing vendor capacity, vendor management, and stabilization of vendors in terms of quality and delivery. You will also be involved in yearly cost reduction activities, purchase order management, and localization activities. In addition, you will need to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and flawless launch, as well as meeting production requirements. You will also be required to prepare reports on purchases such as supplier and developmental issues, benchmarking, price analyses, price reduction proposals, and VAVE.
