Park Operations Manager

Operations and maintenance:

Direct and supervise daily park activities, ensuring all facilities, grounds, and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This includes managing maintenance schedules and responding to repair needs.
Staff management:

Recruit, train, and supervise park staff, including performance evaluations and providing guidance.
Financial management:

Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and process payments. This can include overseeing revenue collection and managing the budget for special projects.
Safety and compliance:

Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, policies, and laws. This involves conducting safety audits, training staff, and responding to incidents.
