Parcel Staff

The Parcel Staff is responsible for preparing, packing, and dispatching food parcels accurately and efficiently. The role requires attention to detail, cleanliness, coordination with kitchen and billing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of takeaway and online orders to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and confirm takeaway and online food orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation of items.
• Neatly pack food parcels with proper labeling and required accompaniments (sauces, cutlery, tissues, etc.).
• Double-check orders for completeness and accuracy before handing over.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the parcel counter at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure polite and prompt service.
• Keep track of packaging materials and inform the supervisor when stock is low.
• Follow food safety, handling, and packaging standards.
• Assist with inventory and daily reporting if needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a restaurant or food outlet (parcel or counter service preferred).
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat and hygienic appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
