As an Immigration Specialist, you will be responsible for handling US Immigrant and Non-Immigrant visas and work authorization applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day operational tasks as directed by Immediate & Next supervisors - Handling paperwork in support of visa applications, ensuring all documents are completed accurately - Assisting employees with their immigration application forms and documents - Communicating with clients and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner - Independently updating and maintaining databases along with other IT systems - Providing clerical and administrative support to the function - Efficiently managing a large caseload and prioritizing tasks - Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations - Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Liaising with other HR departments for relevant information as required by the function - Designing, preparing, and evaluating to support the administration of the mobility programme In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you should have a strong knowledge of US immigration laws, policies, and regulations. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, will be essential for success in this role.
