Job Description

Operate and handle Panel Saw Machine as per standard operating procedures. Read and interpret cutting lists, technical drawings, and production orders. Ensure precise cutting of boards with correct dimensions, angles, and finishing. Check materials before processing and ensure there are no defects. Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy for every output. Optimize sheet cutting to minimize wastage. Perform machine setup, calibrations, and adjustments for different sizes and materials. Maintain daily production records and report discrepancies. Conduct routine machine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and safety checks. Follow company safety standards, PPE requirements, and operational protocols. Coordinate with production, design, and quality team for smooth workflow.
