Job Description

As a Research Panel Manager at Merkle, your role is crucial in building and managing a panel of participants for UX research studies. Your responsibilities will include panel recruitment, screening and selection, panel management, communication with panel members, scheduling, incentive management, compliance, collaboration with stakeholders, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Panel Recruitment: Coordinate with suppliers and field recruiters to verify and recruit participants for the panel through various channels. - Screening and Selection: Review, build, and optimize screening criteria to ensure recruited participants meet the necessary requirements. - Panel Management: Maintain an updated and accurate database of panel members. - Communication: Regularly engage with panel members and keep them informed about upcoming studies. - Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule participants for research sessions efficiently. - Incentive Management: Ensure timely and fair distribution of incentives to participants. - Compliance: Ensure all recruitment and research activities comply with privacy and ethical guidelines. - Collaboration: Work closely with UX researchers and stakeholders to provide suitable participants for studies. - Reporting: Track and report on recruitment and panel engagement metrics for future strategies. Qualifications: - Experience: Proven experience in participant recruitment, panel management, or related fields. - Skills: Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with panel database management and scheduling tools. - Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in managing participant information. - Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to recruitment and scheduling. - Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. In addition, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in a related field. - End-to-End panel management experience. - Familiarity with managing Global, NA, EU, and IN based panels. - Experience working with US-based clients. - Familiarity with UX research and methodologies. - Openness to support GMT/EST shift.
