Position: Panel Designer
Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Department: Design & Engineering
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Salary: Rs. 15000 to Rs. 30000 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical control panels for PLC, VFD, MCC, PCC, and automation systems
• Prepare panel layout drawings, schematic diagrams, and wiring diagrams
• Select electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, PLCs, VFDs, SMPS, HMIs, and safety devices
• Create and maintain BOMs and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with IEC / IS standards and electrical safety norms
• Coordinate with project engineers, production, and commissioning teams
• Provide technical support during panel manufacturing, testing, and commissioning
• Modify and update designs as per customer or project requirements
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN
• Strong knowledge of control circuits and power wiring
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and GA drawings
• Experience with Siemens, Schneider, ABB, and L&T products
• Knowledge of PLC I/O wiring and industrial automation systems
• Familiarity with panel manufacturing standards and best practices
