Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing authentic Pan-Asian dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present Pan-Asian cuisine (Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, etc.)
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Manage inventory and minimize food wastage
  • Coordinate with kitchen team and service staff

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in Pan-Asian cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of sauces, spices, and plating
  • Time management and teamwork
  • Understanding of HACCP & hygiene standards

Qualification:

  • Hotel Management / Culinary certification preferred
  • 3+ years experience in Pan-Asian cuisine

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
