Relieving Pain. Maintaining Tissue Integrity. Responsible for providing medical care to patients registered in the care center. Responsible for providing palliative care advice to healthcare colleagues, and their patients and families. Manage an efficient and effective medical service dedicated to quality and patient care. To ensure that legible clinical notes are kept daily, as appropriate, for all inpatients. Preferred candidate profile - FEMALE ONLY Ability to communicate sensitively with patients and their families Ability to work with individuals and families in crisis Ability to work independently but know when to ask Working Conditions:- Shift working in rotation 2 wheeler is a must or homecare services Mental & Physical ability to service the patients

Roles and Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, focusing on their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs. Conduct assessments of patients' conditions and provide updates to healthcare providers on their progress. Administer medications, treatments, and other therapies as prescribed by physicians. Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with families about patient status. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in palliative care nursing (ANM/GNM/B. Sc. Nursing). B.Sc Nursing degree or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols related to palliative care.
