Paint Technologist

You are a talented Paint Technologist with expertise in setting up and optimizing paint systems, particularly for stainless steel surfaces. As a key member of the team, you will be reporting to the Factory Head at our company located in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Paint Technology, Surface Coating Technology, Chemical Engineering (with specialization in Paints & Coatings), or Polymer Science and Chemical Technology. With 5 to 8 years of experience in paint-related roles, you bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table. Your key skills and expertise include a strong understanding of paint chemistry, experience in setting up paint systems for stainless steel, proficiency in shade matching, texture development, and paint testing methods. You are adept at handling paint equipment, problem-solving, quality improvement, and vendor management. Your responsibilities will involve setting up and optimizing the paint process for stainless steel, focusing on research and development of new shades and textures, leading and training the paint team, conducting quality checks, improving operational efficiency, and staying updated on the latest paint technologies. Experience in metal coatings, industrial coatings, or automotive coatings, along with certifications in paint technology or quality assurance, would be advantageous. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.,
