You possess a Bachelor's Degree in Paint Technology, Surface Coating Technology, Chemical Engineering (with specialization in Paints & Coatings), or Polymer Science and Chemical Technology. With 5 to 8 years of experience in paint-related roles, you bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table. Your key skills and expertise include a strong understanding of paint chemistry, experience in setting up paint systems for stainless steel, proficiency in shade matching, texture development, and paint testing methods.
